Amanda + Jose’s JW Marriott Las Vegas wedding was planned and replanned due to the pandemic. When the day finally arrived, it was just exactly as it was meant to be: a romantic, charming, and cheerful wedding surrounded by loved ones. While their ceremony itself took place at St. Viator Catholic Church, the two got ready separately and shared an emotional first look at the beautiful JW Marriott in Summerlin. The look Jose gave Amanda when he turned around and saw her that morning… well, his eyes weren’t the only ones filled with tears.
Amanda’s dress from Grey Pearl Bridal had a detachable skirt to that gave her a more traditional, a-line look for the ceremony and then a fitted, modern look for the reception. Brilliant idea, honestly! Their reception in the Valencia ballroom was filled with pretty pink florals, warm wood accents and tapered candles. A beautiful cake from Rolling in Dough was elegantly adorned with fresh florals from Cultivate. As they entered the room, cold sparks made for a dramatic announcement of the newlyweds. Guests were shocked and wowed – I absolutely love adding these to a reception to make a true statement for your grand entrance or first dance. Congrats Amanda + Jose!
