McKenzi + Matt are very close friends of mine, rock climbers, outdoors enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, desert lovers and soon to be new parents! If you remember their intimate desert elopement from 2016, you know we had to choose another epic desert location to one for their maternity session. Luckily, this couple knows the Nevada wilderness like the back of their hands, and McKenzi is super experienced with outdoor adventure photography in her business Taylored Photo Memories. McKenzi had her hair and makeup done by Amelia C & Co and we trekked out to an isolated area and did some beautiful sunset photos of the couple with their energetic, happy-go-lucky dog Bones (or as I affectionately call him, “Boo Boo”). I love these two and simply can’t wait to meet the newest member of their family, coming in March 2018.
