Kim + Chester wanted an intimate, romantic backdrop for their engagement session, so we chose Lake Las Vegas on a sun-soaked afternoon. The stone pathways, mediterranean colored walls, sun setting over the water and garden courtyard make for pretty couple’s portraits. Makeup in the 702 perfected Kim’s hair and makeup for the shoot.
During our initial meeting, these two spent quite a bit of time laughing about how they always feel awkward in front of the camera. Well.. what happened when I actually started to photograph them? MAGIC, I tell ya! They crack each other up constantly (which is my absolute favorite thing to photograph) and they simply had a great time with each other and with the photos. Kim and Chester’s happiness and joy in finding their true partner just shine through these images. I can’t wait for their wedding at Canyon Gate Country Club this October!
